Speakers:       Peter Dimmel, GO Productivity,

Peter is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience and has worked with General Electric and General Motors. He has worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for over 17 years. He has a Masters in Engineering, Masters in Law and is a certified Black Belt in Lean-Six Sigma. He was a Managing Partner in an Engineering Consulting Company and had a number of management roles while at Encana including the Continuous Improvement Program for Canadian Operations. Peter implemented a very successful Supplier Quality Management program teaming with operations, supply chain, EH&S and saved over $160 MM in four years due to increased productivity in major capital projects. He has worked as a consultant with Cenovus SAGD oilsands operations and saved over $70 MM in OpEx over two years.  He has worked as a senior advisor consultant with Shell Upstream Americas supporting operations from Argentina to Alaska including off shore programs.  Peter advises executive and senior leadership teams on strategic productivity opportunities and leads successful and sustainable programs across an organization and their supply chain.
