Your Voice, Our 2020 Goals
We’d like to take a moment to highlight some of the great work done in the last year by our clients.
Several organizations did group strategic planning sessions to establish clear goals and projects that will help their organizations grow. Some organizations designed their innovation programs to steward new ideas so they don’t get lost. Also our clients would often undergo a process improvement series of events to find ways to streamline their processes to better serve their clients.
Overall, GO Productivity worked with over 20 organizations in 2019 that implemented over 50 innovative improvement ideas and for those reporting measurable results they saw on average a 45% improvement in their processes. That’s huge savings!
Excited by a successful year and all the hard work done by our clients we want to ask the question:
GO Productivity strives to lead by example and to practice what we preach. One of the core elements of Lean Six Sigma that we support is the concept of the Voice of the Customer.
We are nothing if we don’t meet the needs and requirements of our customers. The Voice of the Customer is all about understanding what our clients really need to improve their business and what they expect from our services. We then turn that into motivations and performance indicators for delivering top quality services.
Our clients have found success with our services in the areas of process improvement, workplace optimization and inventory management in the last year. But we want to know what’s on the horizon.
We suspect that strategic planning, innovation programs and process improvement will continue to be the core areas that businesses can find ways to grow and optimize. However we also expect that data architecture, relationship management and new technology are going to be more involved as we go forward.
